Haresh Shah is the founder director of the company has 23 years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounts, Administration, Project portfolio Management, Taxation and Corporate Restructuring. He is an approved government valuer under the Wealth Tax Act 1957, for valuation of assets like shares and goodwill. He has undertaken statutory and tax audits of more than 25 Private & Public Companies in financial, manufacturing and service sector. He has handled conversions of Private Companies to Public Companies and conversions of companies under chapter IX of the Indian Companies Act.

He has traveled extensively to the United Sates of America and Europe to get first hand knowledge of the Capital Markets, Brokering and Financial Systems. He has studied Inland Revenue Laws and Commercial Laws of the USA.

Presently he is pursing PhD program on Mergers and Acquisition from Pune University. He is associated with various premier B-schools as visiting faculty for MBA students.

Nitin Gutka has 10 years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, Audit, Projects, Portfolio Management and Taxation. Has been a partner in professional practice (Chartered Accounting) firm, he is a part of HUC from its inception. He is empanelled for investigation of amalgamating companies by the Official Liquidator of the High Court of Mumbai, India.

He has to his credit successful execution of 15 merger schemes on turn key basis. His expertise extends to drafting of schemes, preparing petitions, finalizing exchange ratios, liasioning with attorneys, and following up with the proceedings of the High Court, Registrar of Companies and the Company Law Board.
